App: SummitSki mobile application.
Content: Data, text, images, videos, and other materials you upload.
Firebase: Platform we use for authentication, databases, and storage.
Firestore Record: Document storing your data in Firebase Firestore.
Real-time Database: Database that syncs data in real-time.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old.
License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app.
Prohibited Activities: Don't use the app for illegal purposes, hacking, or spreading viruses.
Account Creation: Provide accurate information.
Security: Keep your account details safe.
Termination: We can terminate your account if needed.
Ownership: You own your content but allow us to use it. We review all content before it's visible to others.
Guidelines: Don't post harmful or illegal content. We review and approve content to ensure it meets our standards.
Location Data: Used to show nearby activities and track skiing metrics. Shared only with friends if you choose.
Data Storage: Stored on your device during recording. Afterward, stored in Firebase without user reference. Deleted permanently if you delete your account.
Analytics: We use anonymized data to improve the app.
Handled by App Stores: All payments and subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
